This program is administered by therapists who are specialists in autism. All of our therapists understand the unique sensitivities and traumas experienced by folks with autism. We are here to help you or your loved one find more inner balance, confidence, self-compassion and develop better relationships.
You or a family member are interested in individual, couple or family therapy.
You or a loved one have an autism diagnosis and want to learn more about your identity and make sense of your life.

We have created a safe, friendly and supportive community for neurodivergent teens and adults. You or your loved one will feel welcomed and nourished.
Spend two hours on Saturday afternoons in East Brunswick, NJ, hanging out in a safe space to be yourself. You can listen to music, watch movies, surf online, color, play a game, do puzzles and/or socialize in an informal environment. It’s a great way to get to know other neurodivergent individuals or just sit on the side lines (there is no pressure). Neurodivergence can be confusing, you don’t need to navigate it alone!
Cost: $25 each Facilitated Hangout
In our Edison or East Brunswick office, spend one hour meeting with a therapist to discuss making friends, sharing interests with others and making connections. For 6-8 weeks, you or your loved one will be matched with a peer to practice sharing interests. You will be encouraged to connect in whatever ways work for you. After the 6-8 weeks, you or your loved one will move into a Special Interests Club. This club meets weekly. There is no forced speaking and folks are encouraged to move around if needed.
Cost $75 each Friendship Facilitation Session
We will host trivia nights, dance parties and other events that will encourage socialization among the neurodivergent community, where sensory needs and social difficulties are recognized and supported.
In order to develop, maintain, and nurture our relationships we need to be able to relate, resolve conflict, and reflect on our experiences. In other words, we need social skills. Everything we do with others involves social skills. Just living in the world requires social skills. We address core social challenges through Social Coaching. Specific goals are tailored to each participant. Sessions are held in our office, via zoom or in the community
